I am an Arizona licensed psychotherapist qualified to teach mindfulness classes through one of the major mindfulness training centers in the country\, the University of California at San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The class will run on Tuesdays\, June 17th– August 5th\, 6 pm-8 pm. Cost is $395. Insurance not accepted.  Payment via Paypal\, Venmo\, Zelle\, cash or check. Space is limited to 12 people. A 25% discount for any therapists who wisht to enroll. \nThis class is appropriate for: \n***Individuals who do not currently qualify as clinically depressed but have suffered from multiple depressive episodes \n***Individuals who are currently undergoing therapy for depression and wish to learn skills that have proven to be useful in preventing relapses \n***Individuals who have not achieved satisfactory results with other treatments \nThere is a required pre-class interview by Zoom. \nMBCT was developed by psychologists Zindel Segal\, Mark Williams\, and John Teasdale.
