SonderCare Behavioral Health seeks a passionate, empathetic associate or independent-level licensed counselor. To provide group and individual therapy in an outpatient setting for clients with mental health, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Addresses referrals from providers, including referrals via warm hand-offs. Participates in daily clinical team meetings with staff on client progress and assesses needs, and coordinates services. Maintained weekly scheduled appointments and documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Provide therapeutic services to patients and their families. Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including external partners. Completes required documentation and paperwork, including bio/psycho/social/spiritual assessments and treatment planning and implementation promptly. Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to clients and team members. Demonstrates commitment to the philosophy of the agency. Other duties as assigned.
