Everyone deserves peace in their lives but oftentimes people experience fear and self-doubt from difficult experiences related to invalidating environments. I have had the dream of becoming a therapist since I was in high school and I am grateful to be living that dream. My counseling approach involves genuineness, fostering self-compassion and instilling empowerment for those I work with. It would be a privilege to hear what led you to therapy and assist you in your journey toward healing yourself.
Treating eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns is a passion of mine. In addition, I have extensive experience with teens, college students, trauma, self-harm, anxiety, and depression. I am HAES-aligned, LGBTQIA+ and neuro affirming and strive to help all humans feel safe. I have a special interest in first responders and chronic pain.
Deciding to see a therapist is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. It is vulnerable, yet courageous to ask for help. My goal is to make this experience feel safe for you.
