Hello, My name is Lisa, I am reaching out to introduce myself and a new coaching and consulting practice that I have recently launched, called Elevate Everyday.   I have been working over 20 years in the  behavioral health  field, started in several renowned treatment centers here in Arizona and have also spent 7 years working with individuals and families navigating complex mental health and substance abuse use challenges. Through that work, I've developed a strong focus on helping people identify patterns, rebuild consistency, and make meaningful changes through practical steps and accountability.   With Elevate Everyday, I offer coaching, personal assessments, and guidance for individuals and their family members who may feel stuck and are looking to improve mindset, habits, and overall life alignment.   In addition, I continue to provide support to families who may need intervention services, assessments, and treatment placement and I remain available for coaching and consulting calls who may benefit from additional support navigating difficult situations.   I'm reaching out to introduce myself as a potential resource for individuals who may benefit from coaching, personal development support, or guidance navigating treatment options.
