Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor.

Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.

Your Role:

  • Therapeutic Excellence: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Evidence-Based Care: Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
  • Group Therapy: Lead our nationally accredited group therapy program for adults 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
  • Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
