We at Healing Haven have an office to sublet. We have 5 fulltime psychotherapists actively working in the building but we have 6 offices (1 of which is available).

Space available immediately with contract signing as soon as you would like. The following is what we offer for the unit available:

1. Office available – 98 sqft Fully furnished (7’9″ wide x 12’8″ long).

2. WiFi (with 2 access points for reliability and speed).

3. 24 hour access

4. Plenty of lot parking on both sides of the building, and street parking available too.

5. Lobby Area (virtual receptionist/check-in process)

6. Offer is $30/day for days stipulated in contract. 1 year contract – room for negotiation (increase or decrease days). Example: 2 days ($60/week; $240/month – for a 4 week month). 3 days ($90/week; $360/month – for a 4 week month).

7. Building is located at 3131 E 2nd St. Tucson, AZ 85716

8. Building is a part of Miramonte Plaza. Has 6 offices (all wheelchair accessible), 2 bathrooms (1 is wheelchair accessible), kitchenette (full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, storage space, sink with hot and cold water), separate lobby area (with floor to ceiling windows) and access to a small shared courtyard with picnic table.

8. Located near Speedway/Country Club – Food and drink within walking distance, including Starbucks, Walgreens, Circle K and various restaurants.
