Refunds Overview

Our membership refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a membership fee refund, you must provide written notice within 30 days by emailing contact@sananetwork.com your refund request.

We do offer advertising refunds with 72 hours prior to ads being posted. There are no refunds offered if refund is requested within 72 hours of ads being posted.

We do offer sponsorship refunds when refund requests are made 72 hours prior to the Sana Network event. There are no refunds offered if refund is requested within 72 hours of event.
