At Sana Network, LLC (“Sana Network,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide exceptional value through our memberships, advertising opportunities, and sponsorships. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Membership Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Membership refunds are only available for requests made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide written notice to contact@sananetwork.com within the 30-day refund period, including your purchase receipt and reason for the refund request.

1.2 Exclusions:

  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period has elapsed, regardless of membership usage.
  • Renewals, upgrades, or downgrades of memberships are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with features or services that were clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Advertising Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Advertising refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled posting of advertisements.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sananetwork.com, including your advertisement details and proof of payment.

2.2 Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not available for requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled posting.
  • Once the advertisement has been posted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Sponsorship Refunds

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Sponsorship refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the associated Sana Network event.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sananetwork.com, including details of the sponsorship and proof of payment.

3.2 Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not available for requests made within 72 hours of the event.
  • Once the event has occurred, no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Administrative fees, including setup or customization fees associated with memberships or advertising.
  • Any third-party services or fees paid through Sana Network.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, or limited-time trials.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund request being approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Sana Network is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

5.2 Fraudulent Claims:

  • Refund requests suspected of being fraudulent or abusive may result in the suspension or termination of your account and denial of the refund request.

5.3 Chargebacks:

  • Attempting to bypass this Refund Policy through a chargeback with your payment provider is considered a violation of our terms. Such actions may result in the immediate termination of your account, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.

6. Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions to this Refund Policy may be granted at Sana Network’s sole discretion, such as for technical issues or errors caused by our systems. All exceptions must be approved in writing by Sana Network.
