9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

9.3 Waiver of Jury Trial: You waive your right to a jury trial for any claims arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination
