I provide both counseling and astrology services, integrating 30 years experience of astrology into my counseling practice. My counseling experience involves guiding and supporting others through relationship concerns, family issues, career questions, mild to moderate addictive tendencies, Recovery, 12 Step, anxiety, depression, sleep problems women's sexual and physical health and issues, pregnancy, abortion, and parenting concerns. I use CBT, psychodynamic, solution focused and emotionally focused modalities to help the client feel confident and secure in their positive coping skills. I also use mindfulness techniques and encourage the client to approach life holistically (mind, body, spirit) to obtain optimum goals of peace and happiness.

I especially appreciate guiding those through grief and loss, relationship concerns, women's issues/experiences/health, self-esteem, insight oriented therapy, and providing astrological feedback when requested.
