I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with clients of all ages. I have 15 years experience with children, adults, and families, in multiple settings, including a residential treatment center, outpatient agency, and group home setting. I have also worked closely with adults diagnosed with severe mental illness in a drop-in care center. My training and work experience has been in multiple states, including Illinois, Missouri, New York, and Arizona. My post-Masters training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Family Therapy, Counseling, Love and Logic parenting, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

It is an honor to have specific training and specialization in working with people in the LGBTQI community. I have extensive experience in supporting transgender clients through the physical transition process.  I strive to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space for all clients to explore thoughts and feelings. I also specialize in treating depression, anxiety, post-partum depression, insomnia, and grief/loss.
