I have been working in the mental health field for a few decades now. My experience is in a variety of outpatient settings and primarily in community mental health. I have worked with people from all walks of life: those who have or have had a successful career to those struggling to enter and participate in mainstream life; people born and raise in the U.S. to those who have recently made the U.S. their home. No mattter who I have met with, I see is that my fellow human beings are resilient, creative, and strong. I have learned that we often do not realize our own strength and power.

I have also learned that life is hard sometimes. Often we have no-one to turn to or need a private space in which to understand our own experience and get some perspective. I have training and experience in a variety of therapy modalities. I am interested in you as an individual and the contexts of your life that may or may not be applicable to your concern.

I want to meet with you to understand what you are seeking for yourself. I seek to provide a safe, comfortable space in which you can explore what you are seeking in more depth. I want to support you in tapping into your energy and will towards creating a life that is more fulfilling and satisfying.
