Professional Statement
Trauma leaves echoes in our bodies and our relationships, yet within those echoes lives the possibility of repair and deeper connection. When the past shows up in the present, it can feel like love, safety, or even a sense of self gets lost in the noise of triggers, misunderstandings, or distance. I specialize in supporting both individuals and couples who carry trauma. I help partners move from patterns of survival into trust and intimacy, and assist individuals find relief from anxiety, depression, and the weight of old wounds. Together, we can pause and make room for new ways of connecting.
I integrate EMDR, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices into the path of healing, helping clients release trauma, nurture connection, and cultivate awareness, resilience, and inner calm.
Both individuals and couples have the capacity to heal and grow. Whether you are rebuilding connection with a partner or seeking relief from trauma, anxiety, or depression, change is possible, and I would be honored to support you. I invite you to reach out by phone or email.
