I’m a solo private practice therapist specializing in helping women and non-binary individuals navigate recovery from eating disorders with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, substance abuse, chronic health issues, and trauma. I offer in-person or online sessions on weekends and evenings.
My approach focuses on holistic healing, addressing not just eating disorder symptoms but also deeper aspects of self. I integrate humanistic and narrative methods, trauma neurobiology, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused techniques, family systems, and feminist perspectives. I prioritize individualized care, treating each person uniquely rather than just their problems.
To maintain my own health, I practice self-compassion, connect with nature, and engage with holistic communities. As a queer cisgender woman of European descent and a first-generation college student, I draw on my own experience overcoming a long-term eating disorder to offer a mind-body-spirit approach in my work.
