I work with adults who have often already been in therapy and are still struggling with nervous-system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that insight alone hasn’t led to stabilization. My approach emphasizes pacing, safety, and containment rather than rapid trauma processing.
Clinically, my work draws from ego state therapy, parts-oriented approaches, and nervous-system-focused trauma treatment, including Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). I’m particularly attentive to clients who become destabilized by faster or more directive trauma interventions and aim to provide a slower, more regulated therapeutic space.
I’m a good fit for referrals involving complex trauma, dissociation, attachment-related difficulties, or situations where there is concern about pushing too quickly. I’m also open to consults with colleagues when there’s uncertainty around pacing, stabilization, or next steps with a client.
I value collaborative, ethical care and am thoughtful about fit, continuity, and communication with referring providers.
